Blade can drop parry faster than rogue?

This isn't a limber node. I have never seen him do that?
He was on sp2. I tried to power drain him. Why did he dropped parry so quickly?

It's something to do with his abilities? How he can drop bleed debuff quickly?

He has a higher chance to shrug off debuffs based on the more power he has.

You mean something like “shrugging off Debuffs up to 95% faster, based on current Power” ??

Keep him low power as possible, especially if they have 5/5 limber. Past 2 bars of power he’s virtually stun immune unless you’ve got a way to extend the stun

If they have limber maxed in their mastery and he has 2 bars of power he shrugs everything nearly instantly
