They've had some bad offers but this is possibly the worst. Usually they have class stones in the bundle but $100 for 20 generic and 500k gold is not worth it.

Would sure like to hear some insight from the team behind the thinking for this deal. I know they say the deals are decided way ahead of time but this just feels absolutely horrible.

He's not wrong. All offers are planned in advance, good or bad. Just like the 4* rank up offer that came right when they announced 4* weren't allowed in act 6. Offers change all the time and no matter how bad an offer is, someone is going to buy it. Putting this offer out there lets marketing know what they can get away with in terms of future offers. If 1000's of people buy the 5* Sig stone deal, the likelihood of them offering the same deal again increases. If only a few buy the 6* deal, it likely will change to another deal. Supply and demand.

£5 for 1 sig level in what multiverse is this something anyone would buy. Even the whales are probably recoiling in disgust

Usually for $50 you get 10 generic 6* stones along with about 30 5* stones. It’s a very bad sign to see the price going up, when in most cases the price seems to gradually come down over time. It seems to me after they received all the feedback about 6.4 and act 6 rewards not having 6* stones, they have realized how in demand they are. I can only hope these don’t sell nearly as well as they are anticipating, but you know the whales and the players in the top alliances are buying these with no hesitation.

That doesn't mean there isn't a team who approves things before release. If BMW can change one of their factories to a mask-producing facility, Kabam can stop or change their offers in light of recent events. Much like the 4* rank up offer it comes out as stupid, tone deaf and insensitive. Horrible marketing.

Also I would like just once to see a post from Groundedwisdom where he doesn't unnecessarily defend Kabam. I swear the dude has a family member that works for them or something. Never seen such blind loyalty in all my life.
