Rank Up Gems

What if I have a year specific rank up gem and the same rank up gem general? Which comes into effect first (as you have no way of choosing?)

So for example I have a 2016 Mystic 3>4 Rank up Gem but I also have a Mystic 3>4 Rank up gem. So let's say I rank up DV from 3>4, will it use the 2016 Mystic? I don't wanna accidentally wasted the generic Mystic, coz then I'll kick myself if I could've used it on Doom or SS or BWCV?

Anybody know?

If you have the specific year version you want to use instead of the generic, you have to submit a Support Ticket to Kabam and ask them to apply the correct one you want them to. They can do it from their system.

Otherwise doing it yourself typically uses the generic or wider range one.

Okay thanks guys. I'll just wait and use the generic first, then when it's done, I'll use the specific.

Actually the Known Issues thread is saying now that they will have this fixed in the next update... (although not listed in the Changelog thread)
