he's great for power control, nullify, and the such, but capiw is also a solid option as he's a great utility champ

I’m torn between Cap and Doom. Have an R5 Cap for a while now and he’s amazing and just got Doom and ranked him and I love it. Honestly you can’t go wrong with either. It just depends what you need more utility wise.
