Is Silver Surfer a good option for EMP modification

Does he still take no damage if the shock/incinerate is a passive?

Just pick Ghulk. Him or Electro.

He has no immunities
Just like OR or OML he will take damage from enhanced abilities nodes
I tried him for 6.4 6* lane against the HT and got melted
He’s design is terrible
Only good thing is his prestige and sp2 with max amount of buffs
