Cull to r2?

I just pulled Cull as 6*. I had few fights with him in act6 and he deals nice damage. But is he work r2 unawakened?

    I did it, non regrets at all.
    Crucial in AW with flow global node (I’m playing in tier 1, Master 12 in last season).
