Dr Doom definitely. I got 100% convince the other day when I testing some champions through ROL, when I got to Wolverine, my 565 Ghost could not out damage the regen, 800+ hits later Wolverine was 90+% health. I took 455 Doom in and Wolverine literally melted in no time. Doom's utility is crazy and the damage is insane
