Hi, i hesitate between Darkhawk or Guillotine 2099 for ranking up. Both are 4* and unduped. Wich one would be the best ?

    Darkhawk is only really great at maximum signature ability.

    I’d go with guillotine no questions asked, she has great damage and good utility. Just remember to end the fight with a sp3 where possible.
