Nick is worth it the most

Nicks seems to be the fan favorite indeed but will he be the most helpful in getting through uncollected? Also I just pulled Ghost. I heard that she is great but that she requires good skills so play and that she might not be suitable for average players. Would she be worth it ?

You need no skill for Nick Fury and his sig gives you one free revive and amazing damage.
