Did a poll recently featuring some of these champs, and I’ve narrowed it down mainly to these 4.

I’m looking for a champ who is good for act 6 100% and variant 1 100% mainly. Also viability in recent content is important as well.

Reasoning would be appreciated.

Colossus, funny enough, is one of the best champs for endgame content.

Colossus is aweosme, similar play style to cap IW and has insane utility and immunities definitely rank him

Even without synergies? I don’t have omega red or Emma as 5* champs.

This is a really tough poll! All of these champs deserve r5 or r2 as six stars. Personally, I'd go for Colossus, but it's really close. Since I don't know what your roster looks like, I chose Colossus for his immunities, damage, and utility. He also does not need synergies to be great, I run my r5 one all the time in act 6 (I'm pushing for exploration and am in 6.3 now) and he is a beast. Here are my thoughts on the others too:

She-Hulk: I don't actually have She-Hulk, so this will be brief. Her slow is incredibly valuable and she has good damage and poison immunity, but it can be hard to keep the furies up from what I understand.

Sunspot: Essential for Act 6 exploration for one reason: Perfect Block. His perfect block is perhaps the most underrated ability in the game. It has saved my life more times than I can count and it is such a big potion saver too. With the attack values as high as they are in Act 6, you're gonna be taking chip damage on every parry, but not with Sunspot. Additionally, since his ideal rotation is parry-heavy-sp1-sp1-sp1-sp1-sp2(give or take a few sp1s), he is a good counter to nodes that punish hit counts and dashing back (Counter Tactics and No Retreat). His massive amount of debuffs, when combined with the Despair Mastery cancel out healing. Lastly, big yellow numbers. I have mine at r5.

Sym Supreme: If you haven't done the 6.2.6 The Champion fight yet or haven't 100% completed it yet, Sym Supreme is your man. He is an absolute monster at that fight and I was even able to Solo The Champion during my last run against him. Additionally, he is also the perfect counter to the 6.3.1 Do You Bleed Medusa. He has less use overall than Sunspot and Colossus, and She-Hulk I presume, but where you need Sym, there is rarely, if ever, a better option. I have my six star one at r2 and will take him to r3 as soon as I can.

Sunspot can finish fights faster, has perfect block on parry and doesn't need any synergies, wich saves space for champs you might need.
Shehulk would be my second option, but requires aggressive playstyle, wich isn't always an option with nodes like no retreat

Very informative! Thanks! I’ve heard very good things about all these champs, so I’ve been really struggling. My problem with sunspot is simply his utility outside of perfect block, as it feels fairly weak. However, I don’t know if he’s better than colossus, since I’ve noticed both have gotten a lot of love recently from both the community and youtubers.

i chose sunspot but truth be told I don't really know much about all those champs!

but sounds to me for all around good champ for high content go with colosses to be on safe side!

My only concern with colossus is that I don’t know how much I need the OR synergy for him. Is he a beast even without the synergy?

I can’t speak for she hulk but out of the other 3, I have them all at 5-65 and used colossus way more throughout act 6 100%, though if you need a champion option you might want to go for ss

    Do the other variants first.

I have done the other variants... that’s why I’m focusing on variant 1 100%.

Did you use the synergies much when you used him?
