Rework Poll (Tech)

I thought it'd be a good idea to show Kabam what champions we want buffed and put in the next poll. I'll place worthy champions from each class to be improved and we shall see who makes it into top 10. (About 2 each class)

They will let us choose from their choices. People last time complained that Magneto was not there

Because their choices are based on data: which champions underperform, and which champions are unpopular (less frequently played). Our choices are based on whatever our gut instincts are based on the 1% of the game we might be able to observe, from the perspective of being collectively something like 0.3% of the playerbase.

Their data about Old Man Logan was wrong. He was not a priority over Magneto

But how do you know that? Based on what data?
Personally I think that pre-buff OML was worse than Magneto is. At least for utility

His ability has potencial to be a very good champ, but the number of those effect are so small
He need minor rework like increase fury chance to appear and stronger...
