Hood’s stagger

His stagger should be 100% chance on crits 88% seems so random considering the fact his crit rate is average, I do hope they buff his chances soon cuz there are matches where that is actually needed and is unreliable..

but basically even at 100% chance then it still random because he need to land a crit hit first.
