Aggression Cruetly is useless in quests?

Off the top of my head I know there is:
Aggression Regen
Aggression Fury
Aggression Cruelty
Aggression Armor
What even is the point of Aggression cruelty?
You can cheese with Regen and Fury, and armor is annoying but Cruelty, in my opinion, it is just useless

    Depending on the Champ it could catch people off guard. Thing Cruelty increases crit damage so if you were to to evaded after they built up some cruelties you could get easily 1 shotted.

    In addition to what mentioned above, champions that can be crit through block so if they do that you'll take a ton of damage or get one shotted if they build up too many stacks.

    Also, if you slip up you'll die

    You forgot Aggression Precision, that node can be a little troublesome, but my favorite fight on that node is Ghost because she can't crit on her basic attacks
