Full energy refills removed from SA rewards?

Is this a glitch, or did they purposefully remove them from SA rewards?

Ummm... Milestone rewards. Would go from the minor refills to a full refill. Or am I just going Covid crazy?

I thought they were part of the 3 day events

Energy refills never were a part of SA rewards

Goes up to two minor refills, and then the following ones would have a full refill.

They've never been a part of SA rewards.
