My account banned for no reason

Hey kabam my account was banned near 29 Dec 2019 for I don't know what reasons.. I just logged in from my mobile and then used my fathers mobile to play as my battery was dead and then next day I got banned permanently... I don't know why... Plz I wanna know if why it was banned and is there any option so that u can unban it... Plz do check I'd is Monster Mamu

Accounts don’t get banned for no reason, playing on multiple devices for the same account doesn’t get you banned, I play on my phone but occasionally I’ll play on my iPad and nothing happens, you get banned for things like using blue stacks or modding, and from what I hear the first offence is never a perma ban which means you’ve done things before this
