Actions taken on Accounts are not discussed here. Your only option is to open a Support Ticket, but if the TOS were violated, you have very little chance of changing anything.

1. Even if you didn't cheat,you shared your account. That violates TOS.
2. Making demands won't help you. It's their game,not yours.
3. @GroundedWisdom is right, discussing bans aren't allowed on the forum.
4. Search for old ban posts, the support link is in some of those
