When does the Black Widow Deadly Origins Arena go live?

I thought that the Arena for BWDO was supposed to go live today. I was wrong and it is taskmaster. Does anyone know when it goes live?

    taskmaster was my first 4 star and he coulant do anything
    i eventually sold him
