I found a bug where quake will evade even if the enemy is immune to ability accuracy reduction. There is no concussion but she still evades anyway.
Here is her evade description

This fight was in a duel, but it is also bugged in the fight against this months uncollected kingpin boss who is also immune to her concussion.

    Just because she places a concussion doesn't mean she is reducing their ability accuracy. It just means she has applied the concussion. It depends on the oppenent as to whether or not the concussion also reduces ability accuracy or just enables her to evade. It's not aar itself that's enabling her to evade, it's just the concussion. That's my interpretation anyway.

    Take Mordo for instance.. the application of the concussion allows her to evade his basic attacks, but she doesn't reduce his ability accuracy. As his cannot be modified as well (like AA). Because of this his passive power gain still triggers. Sound about right?

    There's threads like this all the time... When concussion activates by aftershock or sp2 she evades without having to press anything, however she can always evade on a heavy as the concussion is passive. Used to have an icon but not anymore..

    She's been like this for ages and is working as intended...

    Got a problem without true strike....
