Submitting a Ticket

Just wondering how often everyone submits a ticket, purely to get some information. But instead on help you get an automated response that doesn't help you whatsoever and then they just close the case.
Customer service at the finest...
Kabam can you actually help us?

    Not banned. Nothing to do with it.
    Just wanted to know something and they answered about something else and closed the case...
