Yes, it re-randomizes at least the stuff that is class-based (Class Awakening, Class SigStones, and also the Class Cat in lower Tier-3). They will still be on the same Probability Chance Portal path, just random as to what Class they are each time you enter the Rift Quest.
Rest of the stuff is just fixed and so would not change.
I have got an other question. If I buy a 3000 Ticket, and it is not for example a 5*Talent Item, could I use the detector in an other try with a laterly buyed 500 ticket? Because I do not need an other 5* Mutant or Cosmic.
