Since the rage has caught fire and been so public. Please communicate

I/we are losing alliance mates to straight up quitting the game. Or just stopping play. I guess some are just logging in to maintain rewards calendar. And I’ve chatted with some on line who have sick relatives from covid just to see how their holding up.

Some communication would be good development team. I’m not even a top alliance gold 2/1 semi retired, fun alliance that jokes around a lot, funny memes etc... not serious and we’re loosing people to this disaster since you release act 7 beta.

I know it will take time to make a plan. But communicating might help you retain players.

Communicating what exactly? They just said a few days ago that they are going to reevaluate Book 2 and take it a different direction.

In all honesty I was in act 7 beta and the paths weren't terrible except a few node designs like the S.T fight. It's a bit of a reach to call a unfinished beta a disaster. The beta did exactly what it was supposed to do and they took our feedback seriously.

If people are leaving now, they were going to leave anyway. Not sure what Kabam is going to say that they haven't already.

Does anyone remember a few days ago when a popular YouTuber said some things that everyone has been thinking. Starting a backlash towards a company of greedy lazy mentalities. It blew up and now several days later no one is mentioning anything. The original post can’t even be found. Shuffled away under a rug that’s filled with bugs and cheaters( game cheating and players that cheat). Just like they knew it would. It has to be addressed on a daily until they do something and anyone who doesn’t believe that or say something that’s different is working for kabam. Don’t forget they have guardians/spies in the forums. Rally the troops and let’s get what we want

They said in their act 7 beta review post we wouldn’t hear anything for a few weeks, hopefully they’re spending that time planning a roadmap for improvement

Personally my biggest issues are dated rewards and kabam not admitting the 6* meta is already here. Act 6 rewards were dated upon announcement and STILL dated upon revised implementation. The large gap in 6* RNG focus has been a massive misstep. Acquisition of 6* shards are WAY behind the curve and has made a nearly unbridgable gap between skilled endgame and spending endgame players. Even then, it's still an RNG flaw in t5c and also matching duping 6* Champs. The pool was increased too quickly with no adjustment to resource and also shard acquisition
