So i have a guillotine 2099 at r3, i have enough resources to r5 them though after i r4 them, who should i r4?

How? One of the best options for 6.3 cap iw and 6.4 darkhawk
His damage, power drain and taunt haven't become any less useful
Don't really see where he's fallen off

Starky's starting to fall out of the meta. With all the nodes and champs punishing crits and all the huge healthpools coming to the game, G99's just gaining more value. Plus she's super sustainable cause of her high block proficiency and regen (you can go from like 15% to 50% with a R3). She's also double immune which is useful in all parts of the game. Don't know if you're Cavalier yet, but if you're not she's amazing for it. Double immune for Crossbones along with the high damage she starts with if you ended the last fight with a Sp3 that's enough to out-damage the healing alone, but she also has the heal reversal on the Sp2 that you can time right to help even more. And since she doesn't need to crit to have her amazing damage, she'll be great for Sentinel too as he has crazy crit resistance. The fight will just be like a normal one. Her uses aren't just in 6.1, but hopefully this long-winded comment has shown you that she has amazing uses everywhere.

Sparky. He's an amazing champ and has gotten me through basically everything. IMO he's the best tech as he's easy to use and does crazy damage

i have a r5 starky and he is way better than gully , gully makes the fight more longer and starky mkaes the fight so shorter
i have a duped blade , i used an skill ag on blade
starky has sick synergy with blade and im just waiting to get a 5 star ghost rider so that i can jump into act 6
so rank up starky

and im exploring act 5 for elders bane
