Storm (Pyramid X) vs Iceman

There is a flawed interaction between storm's passive stun ability and iceman's ice armor.

When storm stuns him (for example with a parry) he will shrug off that stun, get the passive stun applied and then shrug off the passive stun.

She seems like a great iceman counter, so naturally I wanted to try her out there. Turned out she doesn't function as I would expect her to according to both champ's descriptions.

She's really intriguing and I'd like to rank her, so it would be nice if you could investigate that so that I can make an educated decision on where I'd plan to use her.

I think it is because his ice armor at the start expires right when you stun making him not able to recieve damage from the stun. Happens to me ocassionally when using any champ.
