6* Unduped Symbiote Supreme

It is worth to rank him up? Does he got any use in ACT 6.2 (Mainly The Champion) ,6.3 and 6.4?I got very limited resources and want to spend them carefully.

I took my unduped Sym Supreme up to r2 with the generic gem from Act 6 completion and I have never regretted it. He has a lot of uses in Act 6, especially for soloing the 6.3.1 Medusa boss. He is a very solid champ when there are buffs to be nullified and can even be good when there aren't. If I get a mystic t5cc from Exploration, I will take him to r3

Yeah you'll get the most use from him on the 6.2.6 champion and 6.3.1 Medusa like Stevie said. He's still solid for a few paths as well. There are multiple cosmic heavy and resistor paths he comes in handy for. One of the resistor paths is bleed immune which limits him a bit but he can still be used to sure if you don't want to cheese it with ronan

Do you have mystic dispersion unlocked? Bc he's basically unplayable without it at a bare minimum MD3 imo but I won't even use him without at least MD4

He doesn't need Mystic Dispersion but he is extremely reliant on buffs so you can build up Genetic Potential. Without any buffs for him to nullify, he gains very little power when he switches to the next blessing. He's able to nullify the furies and unstoppable buffs that 6.2 Champion gains in his early phases, however, you'll take direct damage from nullifying buffs in one of the later ones.

I'm sorry but to me he really does need MD. His power gain is horrible without it and you really want to be able to spam s3 with him. The first 3 aren't horrible to unlock but 4 and 5 are really expensive, especially 5. Lot's of people are happy with 3 but to me 4 is better.

He really needs it I took mine up to rank3 md and the difference was huge I would say u need at least 4 to get the most out of him as then you can use his sp2 without boosting

He's far from a potato but he can be incredibly frustrating to use and every fight will be incredibly long. For the Champion fight I absolutely think he NEEDS MD.

I would definitely look into starting to unlock it. It's a worthwhile investment if you ever have any intention of using him. His power gain is atrocious without it. I'm not sure it would even be possible to keep his rotation going for the champion fight without it at 3 at a minimum. I don't even like using him without 4 points in it personally. I used a R2 6* sym with MD3 for the champion fight, he's now R3 and I've unlocked MD4 to make him less of a chore to use.

You'll find VERY few people that will use him without MD with at least 3 points honestly

He needs md for his best rotation, otherwise you physically can’t fire off special 2s with all 3 stances active

That's easy path abyss, nowhere in it do you need to fire off specials in quick succession, you just need to be able to nullify. Good luck doing that on 6.2.6 champion or 90% of other places people typically use sym

Not at all. It's one of those nice to have but not remotely necessary sigs. Places a stagger over time regardless of phase that you're in

Oh yeah you definitely need mystic dispersion with him. I run 4/5 at all times because I use a lot of mystic champs. I wouldn’t even think about running Sym without at least 3/5

I explored 6.2 with SS and 0 point on MD as well. Used several revives on the way - don't know if I could save them with MD - but still it's doable.

I will do other paths on Abyss and 3 points on MD is an option but I hate changing mastery middle of the quest and I need other mastery as well so it depends.

Is it possible? Sure. But with MD you can either solo or at least wipe out the 1st 90% of that fight once you get into his sp2 rotation

I have SS 5* R4 at sig 200 and an unawakened SS as a 6*.
