It makes his rotation much easier to manage
The extra gas timer allows you to balance heal block and and extra damage from sp3
Makes placing 2 poisons after sp3 an option as well

Either champ can help you in quests. If you don't plan on using Mysterio why bother asking

Would probably use it on Ghost or someone else. Neither champs are that reliant on their sig ability. Of the two, I would go with Warlock, just because I think hes a more usefull champ.
