can i change my name?

My name is ndcg3, i would really like to change my name because i didnt know in begin that this was my summoner name and at a time i though i could change it some time i also dont see any possibility. i also wanna change cuz its from my email and i want to keep it private if i can change it i want no numbers behind it. its not fun playing even that you know that it cant be change and its not fitting you. could you guys change it during private to "Diaquakes"

This is from Kabam customer support page:

Alliance Name Change

Changing your Alliance's name in-game is not an available feature at this time. Support will also be unable to change the Name of your Alliance for you.

You may, however, disband your current Alliance to create one with the desired name if you wish.

Summoner Name Change

Changing your Summoner Name is also unavailable in-game. **Support will NOT change Summoner names purely for cosmetic reasons.**

We can ONLY change Summoner names that pose a privacy or security concern including:

A name that is someone's name in the real world.
A name that violates our Terms of Service.
A name that contains specific intellectual property.

but it is my real name its just a shortcut from the letters

You stated it is part of your mail.
That constitutes security/privacy concerns in my view.

@Bapoi , I can't because. i have a problem... i can't go on my email because its blocked and it is with a phone number and it is a old number so i can't go on my e-mail either... how can we fix this? please i would like a response

That is a tricky one. You might try and get the email changed as well, by making the ticket on another mail address and give as much info as possible. Not saying it will work. It might though. You have the account after all, you know the address it's linked to, with enough proof you own the account, changes can be made. Both to the mail address and the ingame name. It'll be quite a bit of back-and-forth with support though I guess..

the simple answer is no mate

They wont do it, and the fact that you cant access the email or phone number you used to set your account up means, in my opinion, you shouldn't even ask them re this, just in case they think this looks fishy and block your account

send a support ticket to them they will sure change your name give them at least three possible names you would like to change,it will be done immediately but they will only change once in three months.cheers

If you'd like a name change, you need to contact support to request it. You can reach support by going to the gear icon in game and clicking "support" under account or using this form.
