And with 4 Targets today (evidently not always gonna be every other day, lol), also appears to be where the unaccounted for Gold Coins will come from (not just 2 Targets for each of the Objectives). Was coming up 100 coins short otherwise.

Don’t think anyone’s got the special objective notifications yet. At least I haven’t. They’re also not daily. One of them had 4 objectives, while the rest had 2
He's actually asked that 3 times now on different days without targets. If you don’t see new Targets Objectives in game, then why are you asking who the Targets are ?

If you don’t see new Targets Objectives in game, then why are you asking who the Targets are ?
Namor 1234 and ebony 4378, easy duels
So people can stop asking. Some names/numbers don’t match the exact duel targets name, but typing it in you will still see the target in the results.
