Do you Ghost?

...if so, I need some help.

I pulled a 6* ghost so feeling like it's time for me to learn from YouTube, and practice her mechanics. My big issue is that I don't have a 5 or 6* Antman, and the main content ahead for me is initial clear of Act 6.3 and 6.4 - and then to explore all of Act 6. I do have 5* Wasp and 6* Hood.

So the question is - how useful is Ghost without Antman?

Ant man is the least important synergy partner for Ghost. It provides a bit of a damage boost but honestly it’s not necessary. The most important is Hood, who opens a whole new level of utility with the ability to avoid damage whilst in phase - cheese degen nodes/special 3 etc.
Wasp is a great crutch while you’re learning but once you work out the timing of her sp2 she’s not necessary.

Google for PandamanPete. He has some awesome gameplay on her.

Synergies are awesome. But if you are skilled with her just Hood is really necessary for some BS dmg nodes. Else wasp synergy is awesome for convenience, but not really needed.

Thanks to both of you for the advice!

I've been pleading with the RNG Gods for a 5* Quake, and they gave me a 6* Ghost instead. No complaints of course - it will be fun to learn a new style of play.

I'm in the same boat but with quake (pulled her the other day currently at r4 heading to 5 once I get some science t4cc, gotta learn to quake properly lol. had ghost for a while but no 5* wasp/antman. You can definitely ghost without wasp but you just have to play more perfect. If you run suicides you will need hood as you can phase the recoil.

Way to play without wasp is to parry quickly dash back while they're stunned and launch sp2, make sure to dash back with your right thumb and instantly press the special button with your left thumb to guarantee all 3 hits are crits, it gets easier the more you practise, I must of spent a good few hours beating on ws lol

If you’re not running suicides and can use her without wasp, Id rather bring Antman for the additional damage.

Shes definitely a win without antman... the synergy increases attack rating significantly per buff but u can still increase her attack without him using parry, Heavy attacks for the fury buffs. Great pull

Thanks for the advice everyone. Practicing on RoL WS and hitting SP2's in the 80-90k range, so feel like I'm getting the hang of it.

Will probably take her up to r2 this week.
