That was quite an interesting read. Indeed patch 12.0 was quite the downfall for Mcoc and made a substantial amount of long-term players lose faith and trust in their investments in the game. This is why while making money is important for a business, sustaining long-term relationships with customers can prove to be more beneficial in the long run. It's not all about the money, but it is about the relationships. The longer you can sustain a strong relationship with the customers, the longer the customers stay and pay more money, hence earning more money in the long run.

Thanks for finding it, it was quite interesting to read that even though it's a blog, it does have some valid points to take in.

Interesting, and pretty accurate from a player's perspective.

Good analysis on Kabam and how disastrous their software development have been lately. Only upside is patch 13 which promotes a short-lived promise of shorter load times and smoother fights. It took them less than a month to mess that up as well.

You might want to repost this to the MCOC reddit page. I am sure the Mod's will soon delete this post as they have ever other post in this forum that sheds a negative light on KABAM OR NetMarble's business practices.

    Done.

Man... that read was depressing, explains the rollercoaster ride we've all been on since netmarble took over pretty well.

Wow, that was fantastic. Thanks for sharing. It's a clear sign of whats to come. As we have seen over the last few months since "12.0". Short term gains over long term out look. Im sure they are saving money on the beta testing as we clearly see how well that is working.
