RNG for hero crystals needs adjusting!!!

@Kabam Miike... There’s no way you can tell me that the RNG is fair within hero crystals... theres over 176 playable characters in the game and yet when I opened two 5* crystals I got this ****....

this is totally plausible. You cannot “fix” RNG, it’s totally random. In a sense, you won the lottery, but you lost money instead of gaining it.

Completing act 6 doesn't guarantee you any champ, you caught another case of RNG. The 6* pool is too deep with arena only champs, it's ridiculous.

Deserve has nothing to do with it. You were rewarded with a crystal, there's no guarantee who you get.

So crystals formed from shards earned through difficult content should gurantee a good champ? If that's the case are you okay with crystals formed through getting easy to obtain shards all giving you meh to bad champs?

I've never understood attributing the difficulty or time something random was obtained to the outcome.
