Is It Worth Running Half Suicides? I Maxed LC Expecting A Lot But Got Disappointed

I went max on LC today for the first time and did a test drive on Map 5 (last day of AQ) with 5/65 Ghost, Corvus and Captain America (Infinity War). TBH, I didn't notice much difference in the basic attack damage. The only visible difference was the loss of health on sp2 (due to recoil set at lvl. 1).
Frankly speaking, I was expecting a more visible improvement in attack damage from a maxed LC. The whole experience has been underwhelming so far and I am quite disappointed, to say the least.
Am I missing something? Should I run full suicides? Or is something wrong with my mastery setup? And, most importantly, should I at all be running suicides for AQ (5x5 with modifier) and AW and monthly UC event quests and for moderate arena grinding? Thank you so much in advance for your suggestions and tips.

However, now that you've suggested it, I would like to try out maxed full suicides. In this regard, what do you think would be the best attack and defense mastery setup for maxed full suicides?
I would also suggest you put at least 4 points from Pacify and Petrify into Courage (with suicides and you end up below 50% often) and Glass Cannon (more damage).
And I m very happy with the damage increase I got from half suicides. I run them since almost a year now.

I prefer only DE since it dosent affect healing through WP and regen
Also, my understanding is LC causes health damage of 0.6% per tick when compared to 20% over 16 seconds. With just maxed WP (when running maxed LC), isn't the health damage caused to a champ less than the health damage maxed DE (even with maxed WP + maxed Coagulate) would cause to a champ?
