Should i rank up 4* She hulk or 4* Yellow Jacket

They both are sitting at 3/30. I just completed act 3. Also i got 4* Redhulk who is at the base level, but just got awakened with a duplicate. So i am confused where i should spend my resource. Also my current top champ are domino and vision 4* at 4/40.

    Red Hulk has a powerful synergy with your 4/40 Domino so he is a great candidate. If you are wanting to rank one of the two in your subject choose She Hulk, she is much more versatile and a great champion.

    That said, Red Hulk sounds the best given your current roster. (Plus he is a very satisfying champion to play!)

    @Xanderayne thanks for your response, i have also added my roaster. i was having more control when i play with yellow jacket, especially his power sting was very helpful. However i want to promote the best champion.

    @DoubleDelta thank you. At this time i dont have enough resources for RHulk, however i can rankup she-hulk. Since you said to focus on Rhulk, should i keep the resources for Rhulk then. Also i am kind of stuck at 4/40 with Domino and Vision. do you know how would i get T4CC's ? Again thanks for your promote response.
