Black Widow CV Uncollected Boss Fight Bugged?

Hey all,

So I recently just became uncollected (yay!) and of course wanted to play the new uncollected quest. My first run was fine, it wasn't too bad. It wasn't until I started exploring that I found some issues, particularly in the BWCV boss fight. I am going in with Quake, and trying my normal "quake and shake" playstyle. It's super hard to shake BW as her combos are so lightning fast that you can't evade every single hit. So I decide to "quake and bake", but I can't even parry her either.
She starts by hitting my block once (no parry), and then completely bypassing my block (as though she's unblockable) and then bypassing my evades (I charge heavy, concussion goes on BW, she attacks and the evade doesn't trigger).

Is this a bug with the fight? or is it a Quake bug? or are my fingers too fat?
Any help is appreciated!

    i quaked the fight easily. must be your sausages (fingers)
    yeah true. That's what I'm figuring, the only sus thing is how my auto evade isnt even working
