Cap IW taking parry damage

Was fighting a MS earlier today I saw that Cap IW was taking parry damage. I haven’t changed my masteries in months so I have no idea how this is happening. Anybody else getting this?

It is because cause Captain America reduce all incoming block damage to 100%.Mr sinister must have 200% or 300% attack rating or maybe there is some block penetration.And there is also a thing that I have been noticing that captain America is actually taking damage from energy attacks as well.

If there’s some form of block penetration or a giant challenger rating difference it won’t be perfect, he doesn’t flat out perfect parry everything, he has the block proficiency coupled with parry to be able to perfect parry everything

Nope it was a Morningstar on pretty basic nodes. Enhanced abilities and +40% armour.

Also I have 3/3 parry and max rank block proficiency. So shouldn’t take block damage. No video sorry

As far as I'm aware he doesn't really have a way to reduce all block damage on Parry for a 100% success rate

Even so it’s odd RNG that for a year I’ve had 100% perfect parries and only now that’s starting to change. Doesn’t seem at all possible.

AFAIK the mystic path doesn’t have +armor so I didn’t even consider that.

Aspect of Evolution
Whenever this Defender fills a bar of Power, they raise their Attack, Armor, Critical Rating, Critical Resistance, Block Penetration, Power Rate, and Ability Accuracy attributes by X% for the remainder of the fight
