Is he good?

So Ik Cull was amazing when he came out but then they nerfed him. I honestly don't know if he is good still. Some people have said he's trash but I still see people with r5's of him

He can do a ton of damage once ramped up. He just has a low block proficiency. Just play with him a bit and see if you like him. He is one of those champs some ppl really enjoy and others don't like.

Also, pair him with your new Guardian and he will get a boost in his block proficiency. I think the 3* we were given grants something like a +500 boost, and the higher star rarities will give an even higher boost. That will help him overcome his biggest weakness (his abysmal block proficiency).

He’s good for ultra high damage at 10 charges. But any stun immune, limber, or armor break immunity node and he’s pretty much a bench character. Same for any DOT node.

There’s almost no utility on his kit outside of no evades at 5 charges with thanos favors (don’t remember if that’s the name), and parrying projectiles. But he still hits like a freight train, so if that’s what you need he’s great.

I personally don’t understand why people hear other people claiming a “nerf” (basing on a “rebalancing” statement) and automatically target that champion as “nerfed” for life, without even trying it.

Anyway, after what you call “nerf” he is actually better than before.

ya I didn't pay attention to him at all. I knew he got nerfed but I didn't know if they nerfed him to the ground like DS

They didn’t even nerf him. Made him better before 5 persistent charges, and slightly less damage after.

yeah I like him more after his change. it reduces his max damage but made the ramp up much easier
