Unable to purchase 4th of July Peter Parker’s Wallet (IOS)

So, I’ve been playing for 2+ Years now, Uncollected, spent a little money here or there, but generally it went off without a problem. For some reason, when I went to buy the deal for the wallet (on IOS) the prompt wouldn’t show up to confirm the offer. It works with all of the other offers, except for this one. I have the money and have tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, and even deleting and re-installing the app, but nothing seems to work. Any solutions?
