Not getting the uncollected title

I completed Act 5 chapter 2 but still I'm not getting the uncollected title in my game mail . Though I'm getting grandmaster crystal and all but I'm not able to play uncollected event quests. It's still showing that 'Complete Act 5 chapter 2 to unlock this event ' .Can anyone help me out ?

Kabam changed the way they give progression titles. It will not come with mail now. It will get added to title section right after you complete the quest.
You need to be at level 40 or above to play Uncollected EQ.

I already am level 40 but still can't see the title anywhere.

Unless you completed Uncollected 5.2 by wrongful means (using emulator, mods, having someone else do it for you, etc). Then they could take your Uncollected Status away from you (no Title, and no UC level monthly quests).
