Aq and SA prizes are late

Seriously, what's up? One would have thought after years of doing this it would arrive at a scheduled/regular time, not hours later. It's been like this for a few weeks now

Dude, AQ has been going on for 5 years now, it shouldn't be an issue to get the rewards out at the time time. It's not like Kabam doesn't make enough money off this game to keep it running properly

Yea they really need to step up there game in getting rewards out on time rather than late. My boss told me either you are early or you are late, and kabam has been quite late these past few weeks, also so much maintenance whether scheduled or not.

it could be an issue with their server provider or whatchamacallit. I'm not saying kabam isn't to blame, but I'm just saying there could be other factors we don't see

They need to get things under control and figure out what is going with this, because it is annoying as hell for this to continue week after week after week. I can understand if there was an issue where people couldn’t login with device but there hasn’t been anything mentioned since that issue occurred some time ago. Since then this has been a regular thing where some alliances are getting rewards and ranked rewards and others aren’t getting there till much later.

You know, with a customer base that's so large, it would only be appropriate that if what you said was the case, that they would tell us something along the lines of "hey our servers are buggy atm, but your gonna get your prizes within such and such time frame". But hey that's only in a perfect world

yeah I def agree with you on that. it was just speculation from me, but they have said they had server issues from their provider in the past

They have up now could be day's again before rewards...I hadn't got rewards from last screw up they did.
Way to keep us wanting to play a game if we can't even get rewards WE PLAYED to get.
