AW Matchmaking Needs a Rework

I know this gets brought up every season but there really needs to be a rework to our AW matches. Today we got matched with an alliance that has 21 Mil higher rating then us (31 M vs 52M) they are 800 higher then us in PI and only got matched with us because they use shells season to season and our AW rating is similar. They will end up two brackets higher then us at seasons end because they are getting easy wins with switching shells. Just does not seem right.
