Epic opening + Epic Fail

I opened 127 map 6 crystals today and to my surprise I pull 11 t2a’s, but when I check my overflow I only had 5. I’m missing 6 and I feel like I’ve been trolled. What are my chances that Kabam honors my pulls?

I'm assuming you started the opening with 14 T2A (if you have the Sigil with increased item capacity) and the first 6 went to your main inventory to fill out the cap of 20?

No I’m a FTP player. I have 16 in my inventory and you can see older t2a’s in my overflow. You have 30days to use overflow so all the t2a’s with 29days are new. That’s how I know they are missing.

I don’t think I should be punished for a visual bug. That’s not my problem and I kept opening because of it so either way I’m being cheated. That’s like going to the casino and winning only to be told there’s a bug in the machine. That’s nice, fix it and pay me.

Yeah it’s a visual bug, it’s not impossible but very highly unlikely to pull 11 t2a from 167 map 6 crystals.

That visual bug happens with stones, arena crystals also.

This isn’t the real world. It’s a mobile phone game. It use to be what you see is what you get. Instead I have no idea what I got. Allowing companies like this to take zero responsibility or accountability in informing the community of these possible errors is a reason why we will always be puppets and why I will also be FTP. I love this game but every day it reminds me that I’m wasting my time and energy.

Terrible analogy. My bank account displaying the wrong amount is the same as this. I don’t know why people feel the need to stick up for a company that’s making Hundreds of thousands off of people, but can’t even honor when errors like this happen. So if you opened 10 6* Crystals and got 2 Dooms and 1 turned into an IP you would accept it as a visual bug? Does it cost them ANYTHING to honor it or to put it out there that it’s a problem they are having? I wouldn’t be here if I knew. I wouldn’t have opened so many crystals had I been informed. Stop trying to make this seem ok like it’s just part of the game.

I don’t mind overflow. I plan on ranking a few 6’s to r2 and more 5’s to r5. If the window to use them was less than 30days I would be hesitant. Do you normally stop if you are winning big? Never seen that as a deterrent. “DAMN I’m cleaning up!! Let me stop.” - said no one ever
