Is my rooster good enough for act 5

Hello guys. I am about to begin act 5 . I have the foll champs. I can rank 4 only 2 of them . Can you suggest me which one. And can I start act 5 or shall I wait for more champs.
Also which champs are good of foll...plz suggest....

take up thing and gullotine 2099 to r4 then try to explore act 4 and before u know it youll be on act 6

How is Roster one of the most misspelled words on this forum?

You need to 100% act 4 first if you haven't already. You are going to have a very tough time in act 5. But BWCV, Guilly 2099, Venom, Thing and X-23 are all good champs to rank up.
