What happened? Ghost phasing fail

It's like Black Widow. Sometimes you'll parry her, but she won't get stunned even when you have no debuffs. It's completely passively built into the character.

for the skill doombot, her basic attacks have -50% defensive ability accuracy, so when she's attacking into your phase, it had a 50% chance to fail

ah. I knew that. kept y'all on your toes... sorry for misinformation op. I didn't read the bottom. I thought it was weird that phase had a chance to fail after already being applied
