  It really depends on what content you are focusing on, all of them have diffrent purposes if you haven't done V2 and V3 I would probably go HB, If you need a champ for acid wash or a passive heal block go Mysterio, Starky for nice utility good damage. IMIW if your alliance needs a defender (preferably if you run flow)

  Have done all Variants. One go in Act 6 and LoL. Next is LoL100%, Act 6 100% (after nerf), Abyss.
  
  Who else would be a acid wash proof and have passive heal? 😜
  
  Have Ghost and DH as R5.

  I have both mysterio and starky at r4 as 5*s and I find myseelf using mysterio in a lot more content
