5* Punisher

@Kabam Miike why are we just now seeing 5* Punishers pulls after the maintenance last night? We have seen now legitimate 5* Punisher pulls before last night's maintenance, and now I've seen 2 different pulls. Can you explain what you guys fixed during the maintenance?

If this is true, that sucks. I opened 70 when they first came out and probably another 20 since. That's garbage if he wasn't in there.

I am a reasonable customer. I will take that.

I wouldn't, I opened at least 1 million chips worth of crystals between release and the maintenance.

If this thread is closed before an answer or solution is given I will open another discussion. I will not let this go. I have tolerated to much from Kabam. If this is to be my farewell to the game I am going to make sure I am heard.

I guess why we know there is so much lack of respect for this company. They have lot of PR issues. Not sure who is running that department there, but they should be fired. Seems like the customer comes last to this company.

He commented on and closed the rank down ticket thread less than an hour ago but can't comment here?

I know he's probably been told by a higher being to ignore the issue, Kabam customer care sucks.

Hey everyone, thank you for your patience. As we've previously mentioned in this thread, there has been a lot going on that we've been working to correct related to the Gold Skirmish issue.

Regarding crystal pulls in the game, as you all know, there is never a guarantee regarding what you're going to get. 5-Star Punisher is very rare, and meant to be very rare, just as how rare the 4-Star Punisher is. When we first released the 4-Star, we went through something similar. This rare chance doesn't mean he doesn't exist, just that he is hard to acquire. We don't comment on drop rates in great detail, as you all know, and have nothing more to add so we're going to shut this thread down. Thanks for raising your concern, and we wish you all luck in obtaining this rare champion!
