Hi friends, which champs are best for act 6 completion and exploration???

That's a long list. Act 6 is built to favour a deep and diverse roster. There are MVPs but usually different for each chapter within the act

6.1 - Corvus, no doubt
6.2 - CMM, Fury, Doom, BWCV
6.3 - Hard to say. So many gates everywhere you'll need everyone at some point.
6.4 - Quake and Ghost

Overall for exploration, Quake and Ghost are MVP.

I just want to complete the chapter so I can get cavalier. Got a r5 ghost and some rank 4’s like thing, VTD, mephisto and Aegon, any tips?

I believe you are mistaken. The gates are in 6.2

For late bosses, stealthy seems to counter the most to good effect compared to some other champs.
Generally, diversity is key, and one or two champs can't do it all without synergises or unitman at play...

And honestly, with the way act 6 is currently, you just can't do it without unitman.

I'm at 6.2.4 now and did pretty much everything with g2099 and unholy trinity.
