Make 4* champs stronger!!!

I know this sounds weird but I want 4* champs to be more usable cause you rarely find a 5* champs with good utility (forget 6*s lol) but you keep getting new 4*s so I feel like it would be good if Kabam made them stronger so we can use them even more.
