Give Electro the Human Torch visuals, but different.

When you are playing as Human Torch you can increase in temprature, which will result in him changing visual appreance from floaty boy to lit up boy. What if Electro got the same thing but he woul simply gain more electricity? It would look something like this:

While you are at it how about allowing him to inflict shock without the need of synergies?

Regardless of if you buff him or not, you gotta admit this would be a great change to the character.
