Hello guys,

let me explain what im trying to do in last 5 tickets..

Im a owner of MI 9 using Andoid 9(Miui) phone is rooted and has famous mattofthedead kernel on it better known as MODv2.

I had really great performance i have to say before these crashing servers thing happend, eaven compared to Iphone XS Max and Iphone 7 Plus.

Kabam pointed out i coud have older unsupported android version.. we can all see this is not it..

Prob is CPU and GPU are not utilized due to bad optimization, which was fine about a week ago before kabam started nuking their servers, i woud love to hear your feedback guys and also tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What are the screenshots suppose to show us here?
I'm also using the same device, Mi 9. Never had problems with the game

Screenshots are there to show that game does not utilize full power of cpu or gpu, prob due to bad code. Game shoud run on 84FPS on my device. Also there are 3 versions of MI 9 this one is cepheus and also screen overclocked.

The game will never run at 84 fps. I've used my Razer Phone for years and they attempted to cap the frame rate to 60 a while back, in which Razer Phone 1 & 2 users complained about it and they never addressed it. Rarely I'll get 67 FPS for one a single second at both 90 hz and 120hz, with the standard being 59 FPS.

This is just a hard cap on the game. As for not using the full CPU/GPU who knows why. There's plenty of limiting factors.

I'm surprised you're getting rates that high if your device is set to 84Hz. It used to run at 90 - 120fps on S20, Pixel, and OnePlus flagship class models and now it runs at half of the setting. Set at 90 you get 45, 96 gets you 48, and 120 gets you 60.

Honestly I think the reason they've capped the frame rate (since when I first got my Razer Phone I could play at 120 FPS and it was GLORIOUS) is due to the issue where higher frame rates would allow Draxs medium to bypass Mordos Astral Evade when frame rates were higher than 60 fps. So instead of changing the animation for Drax they just brute forced a change of FPS for all devices to be no higher than 60 FPS.

This is mostly speculation but I do vaguely remember Kabam stating that FPS was the main factor in the bypassing that was occurring, but I might be misremembering.

Are you having any crashing issues?, Or are you complaining that you are getting low fps?

If you are having crashing issues and are blaming Kabam for their bad software optimization then I really don't know what to say because you are on a custom ROM. Honestly I'm surprised that you even are able to play the game even after rooting your phone. If you want to complain then flash stock kernel, flash miui firmware and then play the game and see if you are having any issues, and then complain if any. Kabam doesn't support custom vendors.

Honestly no idea why you'd overclock the screen. It's just a waste of battery. Screen gets hot as well. And you gain very little improvement overall. Touch sampling rate still remains at 60 no matter what so overclocking just drains more battey at this point.

From my experience, Mcoc is very well optimized. Low fps is very much an "intended" feature. The game drains very little battery compared to other titles. No wonder CPU and GPU are being under utilized.

Secondly, personal question, Are you using Magisk safetyNet fix?

Ah.. what are you trying to do? Suck on kabam? Im not running custom rom its stock xiomi miui with custom kernel.. with stock kernel game fella like trash.. i used to game on pc years last few years using 240 hz and closer you get your fps to hz smoother it fells. Also your the only one that ever said game is well optimized. And OFC im using safetyet kernel needs its module.

Turn off the game booster.
I run this game on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro.
Found the game booster, and tried it. It actually lagged in the colossus and Winter Soldier fight (funny I did the same fight with it)
While otherwise it could pretty easily run 2 heavy animation champs.
See how it improves.
Might not solve the 'problem' but atleast it will increase the quality of your gameplay for now.
