Nebula's timer reset after blocked hit

Hi guys, just opened a 5s nebula but i note that when she is blocking while charging his shock stacks and got hit, the timer of the shocks get reset. Is this working fine?

    Firstly soldier, Nebula is a 'She'. Secondly as long as the charges are stacking then your perfectly fine; Gambit has the same thing when he's attacked on block while charging.

    It's not supposed to restart while blocking with nebula

    As said Nebula shouldn't restart HER timer while blocking. Thanks for your useless answer, professor.

    Yes fix it !!!! tired by bug bug bug always bug ! she is unplayable now ! each time when she block she lose timer for get charges
