His signature ability is now a normal ability for him. It’s ability accuracy increases to 50%. This is guaranteed after a special. He gains a random buff every six seconds. Heavies refresh all buffs, and makes one of each buff permanent. This means you can only have one of every buff he could get be permanent.
Plus 5% special damage per buff.
Passive: specials have a 100% chance to bleed the opponent dealing 30% of his base attack as damage over 10 seconds. Plus 25% power gain rate while this is active. This also increases power gain from power gain buffs.
Passive: Plus 20% attack rating and crit rating against tech opponents. Minus 20% nullify resistance and crit damage against mystics.
Special 1: 100% chance to remove a buff from the opponent and trigger a regen buff recovering 10% of max health over 5 seconds. This cannot be made permanent.
Sp2: healing block the opponent for 20 seconds.
Sp3: trigger two buffs from this attack instead of one, and bleed from this attack last 4 seconds longer.
Sig: plus 20%-35% increases buff potency. The first four buffs made permanent can have a second permanent buff.
